Our best Road Base is from blue rock or commonly labeled blue metal. We have different grades available for our road bases, if you need a certain type or just need advice feel free to get in touch.

Quality Road Base material is normally crushed blue stone and fines that come together to established a consistent compaction for a firm ground structure for heavy traffic areas or where a compaction standard is required.

Our delivered Road Base mix consist of a crushed rock blend of 40mm which needs moisture & machine compaction for optimal results.

Crusher Dust is a a finely graded crushed blue stone similar to Roadbase. It can be compacted firm and used as a sub-base for a variety of applications. Under pavers we recommend you use Roadbase due to its superior drainage and lower mineral content (high mineral content and moisture content can casue Efflorescence to appear).
